Why Sidewinder Fries?
If you’re unfamiliar with Twisted Times’ signature sidewinder fries, let’s talk about them! Our natural, shaved fries are prepared in the sidewinder shape to give them a thicker cut, optimal for holding and dipping. We love the natural twist of these fries, not only for the taste, but for the unique style it brings to the meal. You may find sidewinder fries at other restaurants in the bay area, but we promise you, they aren’t as good as ours!
Our Twisted Sauce
Our fries are so good, you can absolutely enjoy them plain or with any sauce of your choosing. However, we always say they are at their best when paired with our Twisted sauce! What is in our Twisted sauce, you ask? Well, we can’t exactly give you the list of ingredients, but the taste resembles a spicier chipotle mayo sauce. We promise you, there is no sauce quite like it in the East Bay. We also don’t restrict our Twisted sauce only to our fries, feel free to get creative and use the sauce for a different item on the menu.
What Makes Our Fries the Best?
